Studio

Our open plan "Studio" unit has sliding doors to separate the bedroom, small kitchenette, and lounge, with a separate bathroom across the hallway.

The bedroom is equipped with a King size bed (can be split into twin singles; please request) and heatpump/air-con.

 

There is a sliding wall between the bedroom and open-plan kitchenette where you will find a dining table and chairs, small fridge, microwave/convection-oven, toaster & jug including complimentary tea, coffee, fruit, cereal/muesli, milk, and basic cooking oil/condiments. 

 

Another sliding door leads to the lounge area including sofa, armchair, heatpump/air-con, and smart TV (with Freeview, Netflix, Spotify, etc). 

 

Both sliding doors can be opened to create a large spacious and bright area, which is quite often used for Artists in Residence. Selection of artists works available for sale; please enquire.

There is a full bathroom including shower, toilet, and a separate laundry closet with washer-dryer and extra bed linen/blankets/pillows.

 

The house is surrounded with decking and plenty of outdoor furniture such as table & chairs and your very own outdoor shower! There is also a large shared grass area and Weber BBQ.

 

We have a private track down to the beach, which also leads past the shared outdoor bath and shower. Here you will also find storage with snorkelling gear free to use by all guests.

 

Please be aware the Retreat next door may be rented separately by other guests whom also have access to the outdoor bath and beach track. You are welcome to also book the Retreat for extra space/guests, depending on availability.
